A general full-body massage will focus on your arms and legs including your hands and feet, your back, your neck, your stomach and your buttocks. You can typically customize your full-body massage do address any muscle aches or pains that you experience on a daily basis.
What are the different types of massages I can get?
At Art of Balance Wellness Spa, we offer a variety of full-body massages to our guests to ensure that each patient feels comfortable and satisfied with their individual experience. Our massage treatments include:
- Signature Massage. This a 50-minute or 80-minute massage is one of our most popular massage options. You can expect light to medium pressure throughout your massage coupled with therapeutic botanicals and steamed towels.
- Therapeutic Massage. We typically recommend this 50-minute or 80-minute massage to our guests that have specific areas that are tight and need to be addressed with deep tissue techniques. Our therapist can also customize our therapeutic massage for post-liposuction lymphatic drainage. We complement this massage with aromatherapy to calm your muscles and your mind.
- Prenatal Massage. This special 50-minute massage is specially designed with expectant mothers in mind. We’ll be sure to gently massage your most tender areas to help relieve any discomforts you may feel during your pregnancy.
