*Members may freeze membership accounts for up to three months in a year. 

*​Membership may be cancelled without cancellation fee ​for the following reasons (prior to redeeming any services in the month of cancellation)​:Moving out of the State of Maryland​ or Illness that lasts longer than 3 months.
